Preparation: 

Soak beef bones in cold water for 2-3 hours.

Place the bones in a pot and fill the pot with fresh water so that all the bones are immersed in the water.

Once it starts to boil, remove from heat. Throw away the water. Wash all the bones thoroughly.

Rinse the pot quickly. Place the rinsed bones back in the pot. Fill it with fresh water so that all the bones are immersed in the water. Add 2-3 green onions cut into halves, 1/2 onion and 8 cloves or garlic. Bring to boil on high heat. Bring to boil on high heat and boil for 30 min.

Reduce heat to low and let it simmer with a lid for at least 6 hours (the longer, the better). Make sure you refill the water so there is always enough water to cover the bones. Remove floating fat and foam periodically.

Filter through a strainer or cheese cloth.

You can use it right away to make soup or portion and freeze for long-term storage.
