How to Measure: 
Use measuring spoons and cups if possible. Use the same spoon or cup for all ingredients to keep the same proportions.

Wash 600 grams of clams thoroughly. Completely drain the water out.

In a bow, mix the clean clam and ½ cup of salt.

Put the salted clam in a container. Seal and ferment it in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
