Ground Garlic 간마늘

It is better to use ground garlic instead of minced or chopped garlic when the sauce needs maturing. The ground garlic blends better in the seasoning sauce and the sweetness of garlic is enhanced as maturing.

How to Measure: 
Use measuring spoons and cups if possible. Use the same spoon or cup for all ingredients to keep the same proportions.
Preparation: 

Grind 1/2 cup of garlic cloves and 1/2 cup of water in a blender.
