Soak beef bones in cold water for 2-3 hours. |

Place the bones in a pot and fill the pot with fresh water so that all the bones are immersed in the water. |

Once it starts to boil, remove from heat. Throw away the water. Wash all the bones thoroughly. |

Rinse the pot quickly. Place the rinsed bones back in the pot. Fill it with fresh water so that all the bones are immersed in the water. Add 2-3 green onions cut into halves, 1/2 onion and 8 cloves or garlic. Bring to boil on high heat. Bring to boil on high heat and boil for 30 min. |

Reduce heat to low and let it simmer with a lid for at least 6 hours (the longer, the better). Make sure you refill the water so there is always enough water to cover the bones. Remove floating fat and foam periodically. |

Filter through a strainer or cheese cloth. |

You can use it right away to make soup or portion and freeze for long-term storage. |
