You can buy beef broth from any grocery market in canned form. If you want to make Korean style beef broth from scratch, see below for instructions.
How to Measure: 
1 cup = 250 ml
Preparation: 

250g beef (usually brisket, shank, flank)
If you have beef bones, it's even better!
1 onion
5 garlic
3 green onions
1/4 small Korean radish (Optional)
8 cups water

1. Make beef broth. Add beef, onion, garlic, green onions, Korean radishes in cold water and boil on high heat for 30 minutes.

2. Strain and save the soup.
