This is a wonderful web site! Finally I found a place to shop online for my Buckwheat noodles so I can make my favorite soup, the sweet & sour cold soup with kimchi, "Naengmyun". I have bought the ingredients I need to also make these delicious-looking Korean Dumplings! Thanks! Juli ;)

You can do either. Warm would make it softer faster. Happy cooking!

Hello, I want to fry my dumplings. I like the fried ones I get from my favorite Korean restaurant.

Yes fried dumplings are definitely delicious! Make sure your oil is hot enough and be extra careful that no water (even a drop) fall into the hot oil. Otherwise, it will splash like crazy. Happy cooking!

WOW! I love you guys! Anyway, I tried your recipe and the only thing I changed was I used powdered Ghost pepper for extra heat! It was crazy good! Thank you for the recipe. Pretty funny Phantom skit at the end!
