| 6. Pan-fry potatoesPut 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil and the potatoes in a pan. Do NOT preheat! Hot oil may splash everywhere because of the moisture in the potatoes. Pan-fry while stirring constantly on high heat for 3 min or until golden brown. Lower the heat to low and pan-fry for 5 min or until the potatoes become soft.
