1. Preparation

Put 1 tablespoon of water in a frying pan. (Do not preheat.)

Add one cup of cooked rice. Spread the cooked rice as flat as possible on the pan.

Spread it flat

3. Cook

Leave the cooked rice on low heat until it becomes hard and crispy. When it starts to get hard, keep flipping it so that the both sides cook evenly.
