2 tsp | Sesame Seeds 깨 (optional) |
You can add more or less gochugaru (red chili flakes) depending on your preference.

2. SeasoningIn a large bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of chopped green onion, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of gochugaru (red chili flakes). Then add the shredded radish to the seasoning. Mix gently. |
